TURGON'S BOOKSHELF
\[ Turgon's Bookshelf \]

This section plans to be a sort of tour of books by and about J. R.R. Tolkien–or, more specifically, every few weeks or so I’ll pull a few books (new and old) off my shelves and give some descriptions as to what these titles are about, and how they compare to other Tolkienian items. Not reviews, per se, but opinionated descriptions, without spoilers. Plus keep watch for announcements of new and forthcoming Tolkien-related things.

Q: You have recently published a novel, Thin Line Between ($11.00 trade paperback, ISBN 1593600429). Can you tell us about it?

Checking in with Verlyn Flieger

I've chatted with Verlyn Flieger once before. Here's the link to the previous Q&A if you need to refresh yourself about details of her previous work.

Q: You've got a few new books out this year. Let's start with Interrupted Music: The Making of Tolkien's Mythology ($18.00 trade paperback, ISBN 0873388240), which is already out from Kent State University Press. Tell us about it.
