MOON LETTERS : RECIPES
Farmer Maggot's Mushrooms- Eowyn
2 lbs mushroom, cleaned. Any type will do or mix them up. I like Portobellos.
1 lb good bacon, chopped into small pieces.
Fry the bacon till crisp, drain well.
In a small amount of the bacon drippings, sauté the mushrooms quickly until they begin to wilt. Cover, finish cooking. Mushrooms should be brown and soft. Add bacon and pepper to taste. Serve hot.
